Returning a Product:
- You can request a return within 7 days of receiving the product.
- Reasons for return can include product damage, defects, wrong order, or dissatisfaction.
- Due to hygiene factors, panties, bras, workout bras & half tights cannot be returned.
- Keep the product in its original condition with all accessories, packaging, and invoice intact.
- We provide pick-up services in most locations.
Refunds:
- Refunds are processed within 15 business days after our team has thoroughly verified the returned product.
- The refund amount will be credited to your original payment source.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the product is damaged or defective.
Exchanges:
- You can request a size exchange within 7 days of receiving the product.
- Due to hygiene factors, panties, bras, workout bras & half tights cannot be exchanged.
- Keep the product in its original condition with all accessories, packaging, and invoice intact.
- We provide pick-up services in most locations.
- We will first verify the product and then process the exchange accordingly.
