Returning a Product:

  • You can request a return within 7 days of receiving the product.
  • Reasons for return can include product damage, defects, wrong order, or dissatisfaction.
  • Due to hygiene factors, panties, bras, workout bras & half tights cannot be returned. 
  • Keep the product in its original condition with all accessories, packaging, and invoice intact.
  • We provide pick-up services in most locations.

Refunds:

  • Refunds are processed within 15 business days after our team has thoroughly verified the returned product.
  • The refund amount will be credited to your original payment source.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the product is damaged or defective.

Exchanges:

  • You can request a size exchange within 7 days of receiving the product.
  • Due to hygiene factors, panties, bras, workout bras & half tights cannot be exchanged. 
  • Keep the product in its original condition with all accessories, packaging, and invoice intact.
  • We provide pick-up services in most locations.
  • We will first verify the product and then process the exchange accordingly.
